Chaos and the Crow Terms of Service
By accessing the website at http://www.chaosandthecrow.ca/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You further agree that you are either over the age of majority, or in the alternative, have, and warrant to the extent permitted by law to us, that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to access and use the website and they (your parents or guardians) have consented to you providing us with your personal information.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Chaos and the Crow’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Chaos and the Crow’s website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Chaos and the Crow at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
The materials on Chaos and the Crow’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Chaos and the Crow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Chaos and the Crow does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or suggestions on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or suggestions on any sites linked to this site.
Tarot readings, Spellworkings, Energy work or any other form of Divination are for entertainment purposes only, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Chaos and the Crow, or its owner, are not Legal, Medical, Psychological, or Financial professionals, and therefore are not qualified to provide Legal, Medical, Psychological or Financial advice. Any form of reading or advice provided to you by Chaos and the Crow or its owner is not intended as a substitute for Legal, Medical, Psychological or Financial advice
We do not read or cast spells for anyone under the age of 18, period.
Once the reading or spell has been provided/performed, Chaos and the Crow does not issue refunds. Partial refunds are not issued at all. If you would like to cancel your reading or spell working, please give me at least 24 hours notice.
Chaos and the Crow reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reading purchase if the request is outside of ethical boundaries, as well as reserves the right to limit the number of follow up contacts after a reading.
By purchasing any reading, spell working or other forms of divination on this website (www.chaosandthecrow.ca), or from any other form of social media that is in connection with Chaos and the Crow, you agree to the terms above. As well as agree to take full responsibility and accountability for all actions and decisions you may or may not make as a result of the reading, spell working or other form of divination that you have purchased.
You agree that you will not hold Chaos and the Crow, not it’s owner, liable for any such decisions or actions that may or may not have occurred as a result of purchasing the reading, spell working or other form of divination. You also agree that that any spell working you purchase is not guaranteed. What this means is, if your desired outcome was not reached, you will not hold Chaos and the Crow, nor its owner responsible or liable for any result you receive from the spell working.
This website is provided as a form of entertainment, and therefore any information provided on this website is not to be considered Legal, Medical, Psychological or Financial advice. By reading anything on this website you agree that Chaos and the Crow is not liable for anything that occurs as a result of reading any information on this website.
In no event shall Chaos and the Crow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Chaos and the Crow’s website, even if Chaos and the Crow or a Chaos and the Crow authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. The materials appearing on Chaos and the Crow’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Chaos and the Crow does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Chaos and the Crow may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Chaos and the Crow does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Chaos and the Crow has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Chaos and the Crow of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
Chaos and the Crow may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Changing Plans
When you change the type of dwelling subscription mid-cycle (by upgrading or downgrading) the subscription, dwelling’s third-party payment processor (Paypal) will prorate your billing automatically.
In the invoice following the billing cycle in which your subscription is changed, you will either receive a credit for the unused portion of the old plan or you will receive an additional billed amount for the difference between the cost of the upgraded plan and the original plan for the remainder of the billing cycle in which the subscription changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province or location.
